Any item sold by Authentigraph® where it is stated on the Guarantee that the item was signed in front of an authorized authenticator of Authentigraph® is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE to be AUTHENTICALLY SIGNED

Any item sold by Authentigraph® where it is stated on the Guarantee that the item was authenticated by an authorized authenticator of Authentigraph® is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE to be an AUTHENTIC example of the known signatures of that person in our opinion

Any item sold by Authentigraph® where it is stated on the Guarantee that the item was authenticated by an authorized authenticator of Authentigraph® is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE to be an AUTHENTIC ITEM that is stated on the Guarantee

If any item is proven to be not authentic that we have authenticated and sold, the full purchase price will be refunded to the original purchaser of any item purchased directly from Authentigraph®

The original GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE and INVOICE of the item from Authentigraph® must be presented in any GUARANTEE CLAIM and all Authentigraph® seals affixed to the item must still be in place for this GUARANTEE to remain in place and any claim made upon it

If an item not sold by Authentigraph® but authenticated by Authentigraph® is ever proven to be a fake signature or item as stated in the Authentigraph GUARANTEE for that item, then the fee charged by Authentigraph to Authenticate that item will be reimbursed and an additional amount of $1,000.00 will be paid

The original GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE of the item from Authentigraph® must be presented in any GUARANTEE CLAIM along with all Authentigraph® seals affixed to the item must still be in place for this GUARANTEE to remain in place and any claim made upon it
